Shipstream Manager is used for creating, viewing, and printing mail with USPS postage from your PC and printer. In order for you to buy postage you'll have to have an active account, you can buy supplies online by browsing by category/equipment. Postage options include such things as rate/advanced options/registered mail/restricted delivery/delivery confirmation/return receipt.
